This is a moblie concrete batch plant. We moved this from ne to fl. over height at 14 4 and over width at 12'.

The driver called this a green monster. This unit was not over width but with the 4 axle tractor did put us over gross by 2,000lbs. Very easy move.

This trailer was to be pulled by a power unit but had spring problems. So we hauled it on an rgn trailer. Shipping price did go up a bit but much less that fixing the springs, and faster too!

WE TRANSPORTED THIS UNIT. FROM MEMPHIS TN TO CHESTERFIELD MI. IT NEEDED TO BE PERMITED. IT WAS 9'4" WIDE. WEIGHT WAS LEGAL.

THIS IS A CAR BALIER. IT WEIGHS 98,800LBS. TOTAL GROSS WEIGHT OF 121,800LBS. IT WAS TRANSPORTED FROM GA TO NY. THIS LOAD IS PERMITABLE IN ALL STATES EXCEPT OHIO AND ARIZONA. AS YOU CAN SEE 7 AXLES ARE REQUIRED ALONG WITH PERMITS FROM EACH STATE THAT IT WILL BE CROSSING. THIS UNIT IS ONLY OVERWEIGHT IT IS NOT OVER HEIGHT OR WIDTH. HOWEVER WE DO TRANSPORT OVER HEIGHT AND WIDTH LOADS.

THIS UNIT I AM NOT SURE EXACTLY WHAT IS IT. HOWEVER IT DID GIVE US A HASSLE. THE FAR REAR AXLE IS MADE TO MOVE LEFT AND RIGHT BY REMOTE. IT WAS SET STRAIGHT BUT AS THE DRIVER WAS PULLING IT. IT SLOWLY MOVE TO THE RIGHT. (OFF TRACKING) TO THE POINT IT WAS UNSAFE TO MOVE. LUCKLY THE DRIVER IN THE BLUE TRUCK WAS CLOSE BY. HE WAS ABLE TO PULL THE AXLE BACK INTO PLACE USING HIS TRUCK AND CHAINING THE AXLE IN POSITION. THIS SOLVED THE PROBLEM. NOT FURTHER PROBLEMS IN ROUTE. ADDITIONAL CHARAGES OF $300.00 FOR A FEW HOURS OF 2 DRIVERS WORKING TOGETHER.

THE DRIVER STRAPPED AND CHAINED THE LAOD ON THIS TRAILER. AS YOU CAN SEE WE KEEP OUR EQUIPMENT IN GOOD CONDITION AND REPLACE IT AS NEEDED!

This unit was moved from Austin tx to New Orleans La. It had been sitting for 7.5 years. The shipper had some repairs done to it before the driver arrived. The driver carries a light bar so the lights where not an issue. Once he hooked to it and started the trip one of the tires blew approx 30 miles in route and the other was loosing air. The shipper had to replace both tires. Once they where repaired the unit was delivered the next morning with out any other issuses.
This unit is 9'2" wide 13' tall and 40' long, with an 18' rear over hang.

TROMMELL SCREENER

We transport stacks of container chassis. They must be prestacked with wood spacers in the correct locations. The driver will chain the untis together. This particular stack is 20'. However We transport 40/45/48/53 feet long stacks of chassis. The stack of chassis is going to be exported to honduras. We are able to send these untis on ships by the customer purchasing chains from us to leave on the the stack approx cost is 50.00 per chain/binder
