We strive to prevent any damage to your trailer while in transit.!
In the event there is damage to your trailer.
Please follow the following procedure.
1. If possible to take pictures of the trailer wiith the drivers truck still hooked up to the trailer
2. Write on the bill of lading what damage has taken place.
3. you sign the bill of lading and have the driver sign or inital the bol where you wrote what was wrong with the trailer.
4. Call our office, We will give you the phone number to call the proper insurance office to file the claim.
5 fax or email a copy of the pictures, and paperwork to our office at 484-489-2781
6. We will be in contact with you the insurance company and the driver to see this is taken care quick and proffesional!
We will follow up with you and the driver to resolve the situation!
I am proud to say that we only had one claim in 2009.
