Claims Procedure
In the event there is damage beyond control to your trailer during transit, please follow the procedure below.
If possible, take pictures of the trailer while the driver's truck is still hooked on
- Write in detail on the bill of lading what damage has occured
- Be sure to have the driver sign and inital the specified damage
- Contact our office as soon as possible to begin the claims process
- Fax or email a copy of the pictures, and paperwork to our office at 484-489-2781
